In the past several years of working with Ray and Dean they have been reliable and have provided quality service to the University. As a large university, with approximately 100 overhead doors in constant use, we require service frequently. Our calls are met promptly and efficiently. I am the fleet manager for a trucking company located in the middle of Lawrence. Along with the 12 trucks, we also have a garage and an entire warehouse with overhead doors. Being in Lawrence, theft and vandalism sometimes play a part. If my garage is not secured, my trucks are all exposed. I called Ray at A-1 Fleet on a Saturday morning to repair my garage door. I was impressed that he came over within the hour to survey the job and arranged an appointment for Monday morning. He and his associate came to my house on time that Monday and quickly repaired my garage. Repairs were done correctly and the door is working great now. Additionally, Ray and his associates conducted themselves professionally and were respectful of my property. You don’t see much of that anymore. Based on my experience, I would recommend A-1 Fleet.

As a home owner and being married to a carpenter, my husband likes to do all the work in our home himself. When he wanted to call in someone else to do the garage doors, I knew that they must do excellent work. I was thrilled with the quality of their work and with all the suggestions that they made to us to help us select the style and color of the door. First Class Service, Dependable, Timely

We had Dean and Ray install two new overhead doors at our home and they are just beautiful, they have made a big difference in the outside appearance of our home. Also we expect to save money on heating bills as well which will be great. Also they have serviced our doors for our business KRG Motorsports, and when we are ready to up-grade those doors you can be sure we will be calling Dean, for now we are fortunate to have them servicing all of our doors. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs down the road.

I have to say that I am usually skeptical when I have to call for service repairs for my home. On a snowy Saturday, my garage door opener failed for the final time. I called three companies and within an hour, A1 was at my home, providing me options and an estimate. That following Monday, they arrived on time, installed new garage door openers and did an outstanding job. They will receive my future business going forward – no need to shop and compare!

We were pleased with the prompt service. He was here within an hour on a Saturday. He was freindly and professional and provided quality work.

Dean and Ray came out on a Monday to give me an estimate on a new garage door. By friday the new door was installed. They’re price could not be beat and the quality of work was excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again when it is time to replace our other garage doors.
